Terms and Conditions1. Offer open to UK, IoM & CI residents aged 16 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Candia UK Limited, their agents and anyone connected professionally with the promotion. 2. Candia tokens will be printed on special packs of Candia Milk and each bottle carries a single Candia token, which may be saved and exchanged for gifts from the Candia Bodum Collection. The number of Candia tokens required for each gift can be seen on the leaflet inside the 6x1litre multipack and at www.candiacollection.co.uk and will also be made available to consumers calling 0870 143 2692 Mon-Fri, 9-5. Calls from UK BT landlines cost 10p per minute, other providers' costs may vary. 3. Candia tokens will be issued on a time-limited basis. 4. Closing date for the redemption of the current issue of Candia tokens is 31.03.09. 5. Candia tokens cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash. 6. Candia tokens that have been altered, amended, defaced, damaged or copied are invalid. 7. We cannot accept bulk applications from the trade or any consumer group or third party applications. 8. No responsibility is accepted for applications lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt. 9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the stated items with alternatives of equal or greater value. 10. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the operation of this promotion or to terminate it at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions and any that are incomplete or illegible. 12. Send your application using the collector card from the 6x1litre multipack, downloaded or received by mail, with the appropriate number of Candia tokens, together with a cheque or postal order for the required postage/packaging/contribution amount, made payable to ‘Candia Collection' to: Candia Collection, PO Box 1080, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GW. 13. Candia Collection items will be despatched to UK, IoM, CI addresses only. 14. Please allow 28 days for delivery. 15. We cannot accept applications that are sent without a cheque or postal order for the correct postage/packaging/contribution amount. 16. Decision of Promoter in all matters is final and binding. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this offer. 17. You may cancel under this promotion up to 7 clear working days from delivery by returning the item, at your own cost, to the Promoter. 18.
