1.No purchase necessary. Only 1 entry per person. Multiple entries & through agents or third parties are invalid. 2.The closing date for receipt of entries is 12/11/2008 at midnight. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, delayed, corrupted or lost for any reason whatsoever. 3. Open to UK, CI & IoM residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Candia UK Ltd., their agents or anyone connected professionally with the promotion.4. Entrants agree to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part. 5. 10 winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision.6. There are 10 sets prizes each comprising a waffle maker and a recipe book to be won. Only one prize per household.7. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.8. Winners will be contacted by 24/11/2008 via the email address used for the entry. Any winner who has not responded to notification within 21 days will forfeit their prize, which will be awarded to a reserve winner drawn at the same time as the originals.9. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.10.
