Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary: for an equal chance of winning send your name and address on plain paper to: ‘NPN', Candia Kitchen Makeover FPD, PO Box 660, Slough, SL1 4FX Only one entry per stamped envelope or enter online at www.candia.co.uk. 2. Last date for receipt of entries 13/06/08. 3. Open to UK, CI & IoM residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Candia UK Ltd., their agents or anyone connected professionally with the promotion. 4. Bulk entries and those through agents or third parties are invalid. Incorrectly completed, photocopied, damaged or defaced entry forms will not be accepted. 5. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete or illegible. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. 6. Entrants agree to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part. 7. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision. 8. There is one top prize of a kitchen makeover to be won. Prize will be awarded in the form of a cheque for £5,000. There are 20 2nd prizes of Magimix Ice Cream Makers, 100 3rd prizes of Russell Hobbs Smoothie Makers, and 130 4th prizes of Braun Solo Hand Blenders to be won. These will be awarded as a product specific voucher for Argos. Only one prize per household. 9. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part to the runner up prizes. 10. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond their control. 11. The winner will be notified by phone or in writing within 14 days of the closing date and runner up prizes will be dispatched by 11/07/08. 12. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 13. For a list of winners' names & counties send a SAE marked ‘Winners' to the promotional address after 13/06/08. 14. Winners may be required to take part in unpaid promotional related publicity.
